Common Shrink Wrapping Problems and How to Solve Them

Shrink-wrapping problems usually show up as poor seals, uneven shrinking, film tearing, product movement or inconsistent output. Most can be traced to incorrect settings, film handling, sealing components or shrink-tunnel conditions.

1. Film Is Tearing During Wrapping

7. Film Is Not Feeding Correctly

Also verify that the film roll dimensions are suitable for the machine.
